Service Task Foundations Four Week Class
In this essential class, you will embark on your service dog training journey. This module lays the groundwork for success by covering everything from understanding ADA laws to fundamental training principles. You will learn how to socialize your service dog, address fear-related challenges and teach critical behaviors essential for service dogs.

Public Access Four-Week Class
​This class will assist you in overcoming the challenges of public access, managing distractions, practicing public interactions, and applying your training in real-life scenarios. Our aim is to help you and your service dog build confidence as a team, ensuring you are prepared to face the real world together. This class prepares you and your dog for the Public Access Test.

July 15th, 22nd, 29th

Fee: $350
Dogs must be approved to take the class.

Advanced Task Four-Week Class TBD
In this module, we customize your dog's training to meet your specific needs. Whether it involves medical alerts or other tasks, we cover a wide range of scenarios. Additionally, we focus on addressing conditions such as autism, PTSD, anxiety, mobility challenges, and more.

Advanced Public Access Four-Week Class TBD
We work on advanced public access skills and train in complex environments. The class concludes with the opportunity to take the Public Access Test and/or additional classes and training.

Prerequisites:
Dog characteristics:
No history of severe behavior problems.
Friendly with all kinds of people.
Non-confrontational with dogs and other animals.
Confident in different environments.
Easily trained.
Calm, not too excitable.
Appropriate Age.

Dog can do the following behaviors:
​Sit
Down
Loose Leash Walking
​
Requirements of the owner:
Have a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Have support from your licensed healthcare provider.

The Process to Register for Classes:
Step 1: We conduct a 60 minute evaluation of your dog. This is when we look at how your dog responds to being in a public setting and responds to basic obedience cues to see if it is appropriate to begin service training.
